The music fits well with the movie and on its own. It is a good mix of bands, and is able to create an energy on its own. I think all the songs speak to the flavor of the movie. Love Bella's lullaby its haunting, but simple as a lullaby should be. Listen to the end, it creates an uncertainty which is very appropriate to Bella and Edwards future. I like Pattinson's recording as well and it plays at spots throughout the movie. If you don't understand the lyrics, google them. They are simple and heart felt. My personal favorite is the Linkin Park, tune. Laave all the Rest. It plays during the closing credits, you miss it during the movie, but I think speaks well to the coming of New Moon and Eclipse. The soundtrack to "Twilight" is excellent! All of the tracks on here are excellent! An excellent soundtrack to one of the most anticipated films of the holiday season.

Even though I'm not your typical"fang-banger", I love this cd. I bought it because I loved the book so much and shockingly to me also truly enjoyed the movie. But I was expecting a soundtrack geared toward teenage girls-so wrong. Even though I'm sure they love it also, this song has many beautiful tracks that most any music lover should not miss. Of course Flightless Bird is no.1-so so beautiful-you should hear Leave Out All The Rest-a real gem. But the drums halfway through Eyes On Fire will have you wanting more-Tremble For My Beloved is so pretty- as is Bellas Lullaby-and I was most surprised by "Never Think"-a bluesy kind of song that is exceptional. You wont be disappointed in any of these.Free Music Review: Watch the movie and GET THIS ALBUM!

This album is amazing! I skipped through the songs at first to get to my faves, but overall its really good! The first song by Muse is the song which plays in the baseball scene, so i absolutely loved that one.. its a hot track! Theres also the sweet song from the Prom scene and of course the best one is by Robert Pattinson who plays Edward in the movie (yes, he sings too!) Its a great album to get. If anything, get it for Robert Pattinson if you're a fan of the movie.
Otherwise, just get it for the three songs i named above, its definately an impressive soundtrack. I usually dont get soundtracks from movies i watch, but this one was hard to resist, its fantastic!

I loved the whole soundtrack. After seeing the movie and then listening to the cd I can picture the part of the movie the song is in. I was kind of disappointed that not all of the songs are on the cd. There is one song that I love called " Let me sign" it's by Robert Pattinson and it is at the part when Edward is sucking the venom out of Bella's arm after James bit her. I know now that they made 2 soundtracks for this movie and of course the one I don't have has the bonus tracks on it and I can't find it anywhere. Like a lot of people I thought Bella's Lullaby would be a lot different. I think it is a pretty song. It's just now the Bella's Lullaby I know from the movie.
