This soundtrack is as addictive and cool as the movie, book, and characters are! And even better than this collection of awesome tunes from the movie (including one from "Edward" himself), I highly suggest checking out the Score soundtrack (Twilight Soundtrack - The Score), where all of Carter Burwell's scores will blow you away. I own them both! They ROCK!!! If you know and love the story and characters, you'll see why all of the music is 100% PERFECT! This CD is really awesome. Although, Bella's Lullaby is quite a different spin, I think that there is a piece of the charater Edward inside the notes and rythm. That is some thing that he would write. I can imange that is was really fun to write songs for this book, because of the elements and complexidy of it. This is one of the best movie CD componit that i have ever heard. All of the songs have beautiful lyrics and awesome beats. I love Twilight with all my heart, and I hope the movie gives it justice. Good music, perfect for the movie and book fans of Twilight. The songs are creative and wonderful for your ears. At first when I received the cd I thought it was mixed with the background music AND songs but it's just musical artist songs and ONE classical piece "Bella's Lullaby". If you like these bands or this type of music then I recommend this cd.
If you were looking for the background music like I was I recommend you looking for Twilight Soundtrack : the Score. Just came out, and just as good as this cd.

Well I really loved the soundtrack, and not just because I'm a huge Twilight fan. I haven't even watched the movie yet, because it's not released yet in my country.
For a person who mostly listens to alternative rock, this CD is really great, and it's up to my expectations! I have already been a fan of many bands, including Muse and Linkin Park. The songs vary from pop/rock, to a little bit of electronica and funky beats. When I listen to it, it really reminds me of Bella and Edward, and I would recommend it to everyone!

When I first recieved this soundtrack I was a little dissappointed. I could only picture a few songs going well with the movie. But, after listening to it a few times few it really grow on me. I now love it! I listen to it everyday and the music goes so well with the film. Also, I liked that it had bands that are not so well known like Mutemath and Collective Soul. I also ordered their albums as a result of enjoying their songs so much! I would deffinitly recommend the Twilight Soundtrack to anyone who likes good music.
