A great companion to the "Twilight Soundtrack", this is the background music from the movie, including "Bella's Lullaby". For true fans who have seen the movie more than once, you'll remember THE scene which played on screen as each track is played. The track "Who Are They?" helps you relive that moment when the Cullen's walked into the cafeteria, and when we (along with Bella) saw Edward for the first time. The track "Nomads" is the theme music for James, Victoria, and Laurent. "Twilight: The Score" was a great find on Amazon, as I called every retail store in town when it came out, and no one had it.Free Music Review: L.D.

After seeing the movie I finally decided to read the book. After reading the book I decided to see the movie again. One of the things that stuck with me while watching the film was the beautiful, yet haunting score that was such a wonderful compliment to so many scenes. Delicate, expressive music composed truly with the theme of the movie in mind. You almost feel transported to the town of Forks (covered in low clouds, mist and fog) - the music is really that powerful. If you're a fan of the books (and of course, the movie) the score functions as yet another compliment to both. Buy it...enjoy...I did!Free Music Review: freaking amazing

[...] If you're looking for the BACKROUND music playing during the scenes, then this is the CD for you. The movie rocks, The Score rocks. I didn't want the soundtrack (which has the actual songs, including Paramore). For people that may be confused between the two CDs, this CD doesn't have lyrics. The soundtrack (which is a completely different CD) is the one with the lyrics. Don't miss out on the beautiful music behind the the newest pop culture phenomenon, Twilight. As a film score composer, orchestrator and keyboard player/singer/writer in a rock band I enjoyed this score on several levels. First of all, I loved the tender tribute to the plot of the film... Burwell has purposefully "underdone" this score, and it's both admirable and beautiful in it's execution. Secondly, I LOVE Bella's theme, it's incredibly beautiful. Thirdly, this score is the perfect setting for almost any activity!
Overall, you can't really go wrong with this score... It may not be as technically stunning as more orchestral scores, but it is effective and beautiful.

I stumbled across this score by accident, not realizing that it actually existed and immediately ordered it. By that time, I'd seen the movie once and had been previously disappointed the soundtrack was a bunch of various artists.
I haven't listened to anything else since I received the CD. I even bought a second one to give to a friend as an early Christmas present, as she's also a Twilight fan.
It's a great score if you're a fan of the movie or even just an avid collector, which I am both.
I'd highly recommend this score to just about anyone.
