It doesn't matter whether you liked the movie or not, this score is beautiful! It accompanies the Twilight soundtrack (various artists) very well. The music is very emotional, and you can really feel Carter Burwell's creativity on this one. He uses drums, electric guitars and piano to create love, anger, fear and other emotions relevant to the Twilight movie.
Even if you're not the fan of the franchise, this is an awesome instrumental CD, I would recommend it to everyone!

This album is amazing. From the moment I received it, I loved it. I am a huge fan of Twilight (the books and the movie) and I was eager to listen to the score. I have seen the movie 7 times (obsessive... I know) but when I listened to the score, it was like watching the movie again in my head. It was great! I definitly recommend this album to anyone who is a fan of Twilight, or a fan of classical music. Also, my friend plays this CD for her 4 month old child and she loves it too!Free Music Review: Beautiful musical interpretation of book.

I felt the Twilight Score was a beautiful musical interpretation of the book. The theme woven throughout truly compliments the complexity of Edward and Bella's story. My only complaint, Bella's Lullaby is performed with a full orchestra rather than a simple piano piece as Edward composed. I know, for continuity purposes, it probably wouldn't have worked but the full orchestra performance will most likely irritate devoted Twilight fans.Free Music Review: A musical transport...

First off let me say that my experiences with Amazon.com have all been amazing, so I was not surprised when I received my CD days ahead of the promised date and in excellent condition! Now on to the CD itself ~~ Carter Burwell is a genius of musical transportation!! Every time I listen, I am taken from the cafeteria, to the meadow, to the baseball game, and all the way to the ballet studio and Bella's hospital bed...Free Music Review: A must-have for Twilight fans..or any imaginative person.

Twilight: The Score was exactly what I wanted - then again I listened to the clips before purchase. ;) The score takes you back, letting you relive the story of our favorite vampires. But Twilight: The Score is more than that. This score should be in the collection of anyone who likes fantasy/mythical because each song tells a story by itself. For writers seeking a muse, turn to this score.
