Free Music Review: any type o is good for any person
Hit: 5 Stars

If you like your metal/rock fast,chunky,tripped-out,and humorous you will like type o.If you don't then you're too worried about technical crap,a tight wad,or haven't seen them in the "right light" for one reason or another.my favorite cd of theirs is "october rust" but that's just cause that's the first cd of theirs that I got.their albums all are excellent in their own unique ways!however,if you have homosexual tendencies you may be offended by the phrases"I know I'm strange ,but I ain't no queer",or "..you're just jealous that I don't have hemmoroids"found on the track"I like goils".yes, this is some good stuff, and such a good deed by the brothers in blood!

Free Music Review: TON does it again
Hit: 5 Stars

This is the newest Type O negative album and is also one of the best!!! After the disappointment many fans felt with World Coming Down...though I thought the album brillant...this one really brings the old TON back with a new energy. Peter Steele's vocals as always are stunningly deep and dark making your skin crawl. Songs like "I Dont wanna be Me" really are memorable, while "Nettie" is powerfully emotional in its delivery. Peter Steele's lyrics are maginficent, and are companied by dark and expertly done music by Kenny, Josh and Johnny.
This is definately an album worth purchasing and listening to again and again. You will never regret it!!!

Free Music Review: Wow. Just... wow.
Hit: 5 Stars

Just what you'd want from a band that warrants expectations. A new sound mixed with old, with a variety of styles holding perfect consistentcy (punk, metal and ballads never sounded so good together). Every track displays the tongue-in-cheek writing the band has prefected on this and other discs. Songs like "I Don't Wanna Be Me," "I Like Goils," "How Could She?" and "Angry Inch" will forever be Type O classics, among pretty much every other track here.

I thought October Rust couldn't be beaten. Jury's still out ("Love You to Death" and "Wolf Moon" are just too good), but I think this one has a pretty good chance at becoming their best.

Free Music Review: Life Is KIlling You
Hit: 5 Stars

This great album speaks for it's self. The truth is very well stated by Alexander Dumas (1802-1870) "If God were suddenly condemned to live the life which he has inflicted on men, he would kill himself". I find Type O Negative's Life Is Killing Me refreshing, invigorating, manic, and at times peaceful. It is soothing to know that the inevitable is yet to come, and feel some euphoria in the process while listening to their music with their politically incorrect statements and dark humor. If you don't like Metal, Goth, or have kids on antidepressants don't buy this cd. Go buy a pair of rose colored glasses.

Free Music Review: Amazing record as Always
Hit: 5 Stars

The one band who never disappoint me! These is the Drab five's first CD in 4 years and it was worth the wait. This record will please all the fans put off by World's coming Down as Peter and company are in a better mood. The standout tracks are "I don't wanna be me","Life is Killing me",...Served coldly, and "Iydkmigthtky". I know you hardcore fans are wondering what great cover they woud throw at you well it's "Angry inch" from the movie Hedwig and the angry inch. It's about a sex change gone very very wrong. This band never let's me down and plays music that Metallica wishes they could create.
