Free Music Notes for Origin of the FecesFree Music Review: A magnificent blend of dark depth in stereo sound. Hit: 5 Stars
Possibly the best of the Type O library. Peter Steele's vocal power and control are best experienced on such songs as "Gravity", "Hey Pete" and "Paranoid". The super slow rendition of "Paranoid" is all it takes to convert non-fans into die-hards. If you think you've already heard the best cover of "Paranoid", think again. Simply the best. Until, of course,.....the next album. Stay Negative.
Free Music Review: Their Best Album Hit: 5 Stars
For me, this is their best Album before they released October Rust (which for me is their best album). This ablum has my favorite song they ever recored which is the very slow version of Paranoid. I love that song both by Ozzy and when Megadeth covered it, but Type O takes top honor. They are one of the best under rated bands, and this is by far one of their best ablums. If your a non fan, then you will become one after buying this album.
Free Music Review: Unsuccessfully coping... Hit: 5 Stars
After tasting 'Origin of the Feces' I have a little trouble wanting to pop in 'Slow, Deep, and Hard' anymore. With his delivery on 'Origin..', Peter Steele moved Type O Negative past the set boundries of Gothic Metal sound. Recently I downloaded a Mp3 sample of 'World Coming Down'. One of my friends didnt like the new title until he listened the the sample. All Type O fans will not be disappointed.Negatively yours, Katofiad
Free Music Review: Are you afraid? Hit: 5 Stars
Type O Negative is one of the most under-rated groups in the world. Their arrangements are clever, dark, and quite humorous. When I first heard this recording, I was amused at Peter's chats with a seemingly unappreciating crowd, impressed with the slightly changed arrangements, and blown away with their covers of Paranoid and Hey Joe(Hey Peter)If you like TON at all...this is a must have!
Free Music Review: Live?? Hit: 5 Stars
Nobody knows..but this is still a great T.O.N album and shouldn't be missed by fans of the band....this alot of the good songs from "Slow,Deep, and Hard" done with a live sound(crowd shouting "YOU SUCK" and so forth) and a few new works are on here.."Hey Pete" and so on....this is still a fun album to listen to and one of my most remembered....not bad not bad at all.
