Free Music Notes for World Coming DownFree Music Review: I never knew what I was missing Hit: 5 Stars
When this CD first came out, I had got a couple sound clips from the CD. It sounded different from the previous CDs, so I passed it up and thought Type O had changed. I recently purchased this CD just to finish my collection, and I am simply blown away by what I was missing. Unbelievable tracks like "Creepy Green Light", "All Hallow's Eve", "World Coming Down", and "White Slavery" make this CD worth every red cent. For those of you that made the mistake I made and simply passed this one up, you have no idea what you're missing.
Free Music Review: Raw Emotion in a Subdued State Hit: 5 Stars
Just what you would expect from Type O: Death, Despair and the all-supreme and consuming negativity. Lush vocals and arrangements are heard and felt throughout the CD. The last song on the CD is "Day Tripper Medley." At first thought hearing about Type O covering any Beatles song, you might think it bizarre but it's too sweet. It surprised me and probably will you, too. This is raw emotion in a subdued state just waiting to win you over. This disk is not only for the die-hard Type O fans, it's gonna make new fans of non-believers!
Free Music Review: Incredible!! Hit: 5 Stars
After 3 years of waiting for this album to come out, I finally have it, and I must say I am impressed... Very impressed, I put the disc in my discman and was totally blown away!! I'd give more stars, but 5 is all I am allowed... Any true fan of Type O should fefenitely go pick it up, you WON'T be dissapointed... It's not October Rust II, for those looking for that.. OR is a great album, don't get me wrong, this one is just more dark and moody, which is one thing I love about Type O... Anyways, Buy this album if a true fan of Type O...
Free Music Review: Musical Progression Hit: 5 Stars
If you enjoy Type O's previous two albums you will most likely enjoy this. It is much more riff oriented than most of their other albums. I notice that the songes tend to have a slightly faster tempo on average that their previous albums as well. The lyrics of this album deal a lot more with death unlike how Bloody Kisses and October Rust dealt more with sex.If you are looking to the emotion driven music of Type O Negative, you will continue to find it in the new album, just with a slighty different style than the past few albums.
Free Music Review: Dark Sad Hit: 5 Stars
This Album is the best album to date for fans of dark morbid stuff. It doesn't even think about moving off the subjects. This is a great album and for the most part it talks about death and life. Everything Dies proving to be the Ultirmate song on here. Dealing with death itself. You may also find the tracks: Sinus, Liver, and Lung to be the darkest stuff to put inbetween tracks. Its ment to shock you like a horror flick. Also makes you think a little more before you start smoking or drinking or sniffing stuff you ain't suppost to.
