Free Music Review: Aaah - a good fusion album after so long. Bela Fleck fans alert!

U. Shrinivas is a legend - among the divine talents of this century. He is universally considered as one of the foremost exponents of South Indian Carnatic classical music EVER. In this album he shows his brilliance with Indian-Western fusion music. The first track (and many of the other tracks) will definitely appeal to all Bela Fleck fans. It has plenty of the short, tight and fast drifts that Bela does so well. A must buy for you Bela Fleck fans! Perhaps one day we can see Shrinivas play with Bela & the Flecktones. I agree with the previous reviewer - the sound can be a bit bright at times and is leaning towards being over produced. But the sound quality is great nevertheless and the album is brilliant - so 5 stars!
