Simply awesome. If you're a long-time Underworld fan, you'll love this album and, as is the case with most live albums, you'll probably be able to appreciate these cuts more than someone new to them for the plain fact that you'll have the history of these cuts replaying in your head as you listen (remember the first time you heard "Pearl's Girl"?) I love the mix of "Juanita" on here, OMG. This is simply a great mix of Smith, Emerson, and Hyde's talents. I can't wait to get the DVD; I NEED to see their live show!Free Music Review: Better than the studio albums

Having every underworld song on albums and singles, I thought there was nothing more to hear from Underworld. Well it turns out that this album is the best one yet. I would rather listen to the versions of songs on "everything everything" than on their original albums. This is truly a disc to own, especially if you've heard all the songs before. They're done with more energy, Hyde's vocals sound cooler, and Emerson mixes in some great techno bits that are exclusive to these live versions. If you thought that Underworld's studio albums were awesome, you will be totally obliterated by this -- these songs have been taken to a whole other level, not so much remixed as just supercharged with live energy! I have a huge collection of all kinds of Underworld material and this is by far the most consistently awesome CD they have put out to this day, they must have picked the absolute most amazing moments from all those years of touring and woven them together in this CD.Free Music Review: Everything is right!

I have not purchased the CD yet (well, I ordered it but have not received it), but I heard it broadcast over my sattelite music system last night, and my local public radio station (KCRW) has been playing various cuts. I'm a fan of the group, but have never seen them live and I expect this is as close as I'll get. Enough to say it is excellent...the mixes are wonderful. Consider it a best-of compilation as well. Underworld sneak up on you with their epic morphing and hypnotic long pieces. And this album is pure adrenaline. I have seen these guys live and this is like being there again. I have only one other live CD that comes close (The Cult)to capturing the live vibe and energy so well. This is one of my faves, and because of the great choice of tracks its also my fave Underworld CD. These guys are awesome and this CD is testimony to how insanely awesome they are!
