Who's the hottest singer in Philly, Musiq, Jill Scott, or Bilal? None of those just mentioned. V is a brotha who's cd is nothing more than pure bliss. Tight production and velvety smooth lyrics make this cd a sleeping giant. Unfortunately many people will never hear this bro sing unless they stop depending on commercial radio for recommendations. Like everyone else, I found V by happen-chance... he was on someone's myspace page. I had to have him after hearing that one song "Who Would I Be"! I was totally and completely hooked!!! Even if the mainstream music industry doesn't pick up artists like this, I'm going to introduce him to as many folks as I can. His music is very soothing and sensual at the same time. Beautiful music...Free Music Review: This album is lava - underground and hot!

It's a shame that there isn't a mainstream show on TV or cable channel that profiles artists like this, short of BET J, and even then, there's only so many artists they can get past the program directors.
V is a phenomenal soul artist that deserves to be heard on mainstream radio. I hope more than a select few are fortunate enough to hear him. Less Omarion, Akon and the rest of that garbage and more artists like V, please. Thanks!
