Free Music Review: A Must for soundtrack collectors

A necessary album, specially if you consider that some of the movies included here did not enjoy an exclusive soundtrack. The only problem with this kind of album is that it soon becomes incomplete, specially in the case of Almodovar who has delivered several other pieces after the ones here in this record. Nevertheless, it must be admitted that it fills up a great gap and helps collectors to obtain good recordings of soundtracks impossible to get from any other source. Most important of all, the musical selections are excellent and the recording quality sounds great.Free Music Review: Great songs!

This is a great CD with many songs. Some are old and remind me my youth back in the old country. I particularly liked song 19: "La bien pag?":

Beautiful songs old and new. Almodovar selects the most beautiful music for his movies and this CD shows that. I do not think I could have found this CD at a music store which generally offers very little in international music.Free Music Review: Pedro Almodovar Film Music

I have been watching Mr Almodovar's films for many years, and the music in them played by itself still holds so many images in my head when I play the CD, ESPECIALLY the music from LAW OF DESIRE, from the 1980's with a YOUNG and SEXY Antonio Banderas playing a Bi-Sexual male who's obsessed with a Gay director and will do ANYTHING to be a part of his life.
The music from that film is such an important part of that film, but it is also so cool to listen to while cruising the street on a long drive home! I HIGHLY reccommend it!
