All I have to say is, "Wow!" ANYONE who has ever fallen in love with a Beatles' tune MUST get ahold of this double cd. It is simply amazing to hear the inventiveness with which the musicians and singers went about reworking Beatles' tunes without losing a bit of their melody, harmony, lustre, charm, beauty. I get chills and often feel a huge wave of emotion when listening to these tracks. As a huge fan of the Beatles, I was apprehensive about how the movie would treat these classic songs - until I saw the movie. I immediately bought the DVD, and ordered the CD. I gotta tell ya...I absolutely LOVE this soundtrack! Great renditions of timeless songs - fun, passionate, and beautifully done. Jim Sturgis (sp) and the rest of the cast have awesome singing voices. If you love music, "Let It Be" will move you to tears...You have to experience it for yourself to understand, so buy it! : )Free Music Review: Deliciously Entertaining

After viewing "Across the Universe" I decided that the soundtrack was a must have for My library. I am a genuine Beatles fan and generally don't like their music altered, but this was a delightful departure and I didn't mind the different versions at all. The fresh aspect of each song kept it new and interesting. There is only one other CD I own that is as good as far as counterfeit Beatles and that is the soundtrack from
"I am Sam"

I absolutely loved this two disc CD set! I listen to it all the time and when I first got it home it was the only music I listened to for about 3 weeks straight. After watching the movie the music is so much more meaningful and when you listen through the soundtrack you feel as if you are watching the movie even if you are just on your way to work in your car. I really enjoyed all the renditions of the Beatles songs and it successfully whetted my appetite for more Beatles music.Free Music Review: Across the Universe - great job

First of all I would just like to say I am a big Beatles fan and after watching the movie: Across the Universe, I had to get the soundtrack because the songs are done so well.
Anyways, regarding the product and how it was shipped... I got the package within the time range amazon predicted and I got the item in the condition as was stated: new. There was nothing wrong with the product and absolutely nothing went wrong with shipping. Great job, keep up the good work.
