Yes, some of the tunes get a tad monotonous due to constant repetition, but are enjoyable neverthless (Tazz amongst others are guilty of this). However, the appeal of this CD is not only the catchy entrance ditties, but many of the tracks are great songs in their own right. The fiery, aggressive opener "The Game" (possibly the best track) is really in your face, as is Tazz's theme, and Lita's too. Kane's theme, if you were wondering, is similar to that found on Volume 3, but updated, and, er, better generally. In fact it's brilliant. And it's extremely moody, with the huge crash at the start, you can picture the red spotlights and awe on peoples' faces as the monster strolls into the arena. Other stand-out tracks include Billy Gunn's "I Got It All" which harks back to cheesy 80's poppy-rock, which sounds like it belongs on a Romancing the Stone or Croc Dundee soundtrack; but nevertheless, it's a very attractive tune, happy, cheerful and good fun. Chyna's theme represents a nice sentiment and Too Cool's "Turn It Up" is a funky ice-cold piece of simplistic drumbeat and rap combo. The Rock's "Pie" is a strange, if not cringe-worthingly-cheesy tale of a man who likes, er, pie. The other tune worth mention is Kurt Angle's superb majestic sounding trumpet-athon, which truly brings to mind a moment of Olympic glory (That'll be Steve Redgrave then). I would have liked to see Stone Cold's theme and the Undertaker's "Rollin'" on this but never mind, it's still a great purchase, although bear in mind it's only about 50 minutes long. I give it 4 and a half, so I guess that has to be rounded up to 5. Enjoyable I think for WWF fans and non-WWF fans alike.
