Patton's humor is SOOOO close to my heart. We're both about the same age and have very similar interests (Star Wars, comic books, sci-fi).
This CD/DVD combo is very interesting because the DVD gives you a preview of the CD in its "rough" form, before all the jokes were polished. Some were not even kept for the CD.
I'd recommend watching the DVD first and then listening to the CD to get a glimpse of how the material was sharpened into its final, side-splitting form.

Brilliant. That's all I can say. I don't want to even talk about the content because I would not want to spoil a single moment if you haven't heard it yet. It's great. If you love Patton's work, you will love the cd/dvd. Buy this instead of wasting your time watching "Last Comic Standing".
And if you ever get a chance, check out Patton live or check out a Comedians of Comedy tour. Oswalt, Brian Posehn, Zach G., Eugene Mirman, Morgan Murphy, Eddie Pepitone are the best comedians working today and also some of the most gracious people you will ever meet. Buy this cd now!

I'm a Patton Oswalt fan. I love "Feeling Kinda Patton", his previous release, and I pre-ordered this as soon as I heard about it. It did not disappoint! Hilarious, as usual, and for fans of comedy the included DVD is really cool. It is mostly the same material, but recorder a few months before the CD. It's interesting to see the evolution of some of these jokes, and the different delivery in some cases. Good stuff! If you like Patton, check this out, and if Dane Cook was your entry into the comedy world buy this so you can see what a REAL comedian is.Free Music Review: Ain't no why they gonna get outta this bucket of syrup.!

I got this for myself as a birthday present. It might be the best CD I've gotten in a long while. This CD has made Patton Oswalt my favorite stand-up. I wouldn't say that Werewolves and Lollypops is for everyone, but it's worth a listen. To be on the safe side, you might want to preview a few tracks before putting money down. The product that I ordered was practically new, infact I wrapped it and stuck it in my husband's stocking for Christmas. Were both huge Patton Oswalt fans and we've really enjoyed listening to the CD on road trips and watching the DVD w/ friends. In this economy buying used makes sense but it doesn't mean you have to scrimp on quality, thanks to this seller I didn't have to!
