Free Music Notes for Endless Wire (W/Dvd)Free Music Review: Pure WHO Bliss Hit: 5 Stars
Thank you Roger and Pete - Your new album gives me as much joy as all your previous albums (except "It's hard") have. I've been a fan since 1969, and I had to wait to see you live until October 8, 2006 in Vancouver. My 11 year old son is so excited that he and I will see you tomorrow in Toronto - Dec 4/06. Now that I've been enjoying "Endless Wire" I am even more eager for the live experience than ever! You guys are so awesome, I love the freshness of you both on stage and on "Endless Wire" - what beautiful vibrant energy! Thanks for sharing your Bliss with the world.

Free Music Review: New Who Masterpiece Hit: 5 Stars
This is the first Who album since Quadrophenia that can be called a masterpiece. I am amazed at the richness, depth and adventurous spirit of this extraordinary collection of songs. Roger Daltrey's voice is so full of character and passion. Pete Townshend's lyrics are rife with wit and sometimes even harrowing. He really has something to say on this record.
Keith Moon and the Ox may be gone, but as long as Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey are committed to making visceral, challenging and deeply-felt music, The Who lives on.
This is no swan song. This is a rebirth.
Free Music Review: Objective Who Fan Hit: 5 Stars
I am a huge Who fan and have been since I was 14 years old. Nonetheless, I believe this is an objective review.
Let me start with what I extremely dislike: In the Ether (really absurd vocals) and Endless Wire (which to me is "endless"). And I really wish some of the mini-opera songs were longer; good songs that were cut too short.
But this is still a 5 star cd. Twonshend and Daltry can still do a great job notwithstanding their age. The new bands today can't sign their shoes!
A must have for any Who fan and anyone who wants some quality music in their collection.
Free Music Review: It's good to know the boys still have it! Hit: 5 Stars
After an extremely long break, the boys (minus Moonie and The Ox unfortunately) are back with new songs and new members (Pino and Zak) and they sound just as vibrant and solid as they did in the 60s and 70s! This is a great come back album with the good ol' Who styles ..... guitars, mandolin, keyboards, lots of drums, etc and Pete and Roger still hold the group together well! The songs are great and full of new life from a band that has stood the test of time and have still arisen as winners! Another bloody good album from the rockers we grew up with! All Who fans must buy this!
Free Music Review: I do not understand bad reviews for Endless Wire at all... Hit: 5 Stars
For those who said this was an absolutely terrible album and that Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey should have hung it up long ago must be listening to a different album than I am. Great songwriting and Roger is still singing wonderfully even though his voice has changed it still sounds really good, in fact in some ways it sounds better than ever. What were you expecting you naysayers??? Who's Next II? Quadrophenia: The New Beginning?? Tommy: The Shuffleboard Years Unplugged???? I agree with those who say this is one of the best records of 2006.
