I love Willie Nelson - but this is one of his weaker performances. There are a few decent songs - but not enough to warrant listening to the whole CD just to enjoy them. My advice - Stick to Willie's classics.Free Music Review: A great showcase for Willie's love of music

I have to admit to being new to Willie mania, but forgive me that. Not knowing his vast catalog of CD's over the years, I am very impressed with his recent releases. The variety, the selection of songs and how that immediately identifiable voice can fit so many genres. This is a very listenable CD that is fun and touching. He also does some great guitar work on that old battered friend. Not a rocker by any means, just great music.
