I picked this up expecting another Norther / Kalmah / Children of Bodom / Eternal Tears of Sorrow (which would have been fine)... but my strong opinion is that Jari has completely transcended that genre. This is a very good album. I have listened to much death metal and this is one of the best. I dont think it is better than Children of Bodom, Kalmah, or Norther though. It is very different from Kalmah and not as talented as Children of Bodom. I definately recommend buying this album. The vocalist returns to bring total mayhem. There is still some folk injected, but not as much as Ensiferum's stuff. It's highly melodic, most definitely melodic death. If you are into Finnish metal as well as Swedish, you need to get this.Free Music Review: moving in many ways
