This album has got to be one of the best albums available. Whether you are (like me) or are not a Wyclef Jean fan you are sure to love this album. Just as the title implies it has a great range of songs - from hip and funky to soft and mellow. I can not sing its praises enough - definitely a great buy!Free Music Review: Amazing

Wyclef Jean has become one of my favorite artists. I saw the video for"It Doesn't Matter" and thought it was pretty good. I decided to get his Cd, and I am very glad I did.The songs on the Cd are mostly all very good. The style of songs changes throughout, so you won't get bored from listening to it. Some of the best songs are Thug Angels, Pullin' Me In, and Runaway. You will not regret buying this Cd.

This album is creative, showcasing Wyclef Jean's musical abilities across a wide spectrum of musical styles from hip hop to gangsta rap to country to soul to pink floyd... all with a sense of humor and terrific lyrics. The album just flows and is fun to listen to. And Wyclef has got something to say to boot.At the start, Wyclef pokes fun at the music lords. The first cut takes a stab at Tommy Motola and SONY for pushing him to cut another Fugees record so SONY Records can pay its bills. From there we get a bizarre rendition of Kenny Rogers and Wyclef teaming up in what I have to imagine Clef considered to be just fun. My favorite songs are 911 with Mary J. Blige, Perfect Gentlemen (Wyclef's tribute to professional dancers), Mary Jane, and Wish you were here. I also dug Earth Wind and Fire's contribution.
While the music is great, Wyclef also has penned some terrific lyrics. His version of the Diallo story is chilling and compelling. He admonishes gangstas to stop drive by shootings. And he ravishes life in all of its glory.
A terrific album that I love to play to surprise friends who think that hip hop artists don't know nothing about real music....

This is a great CD. Wyclef's lyrics are pretty good, the music/beat/background is absolutly perfect, and with his varity of signers such as The Rock, Kenny Rogers, and Whitney Houston, there is something for everyone! I would say the best songs are Low Income, Thug Angels, and Perfect Gentlemen. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON not to buy this CD!!!Free Music Review: There is no reason not to buy this album

i bought this album hearing only a few of wyclefs singles that i didnt even like all that much. i thought it would be a cool album because of the styles that wyclef has, hip-hop, a little rock, a little pop, a little everything mixed in, i thought it would just be an upbeat album with some hip-hop beats to get me started. but when i listened through i realized this was one of those albums that is great all the way through and u never get sick of, my favorite is the heartfelt ballad diallo, a bob marley type song about the tragedy of the police shooting a man, diallo, 41 times cause they thought he had a gun when all he had was a wallet. the song starts off with a skit showing what diallo coulda thought before he got shot and makes u think about this tragedy more in depth. the song is awesome and makes a point, other good songs on this album that r great include, THE WHOLE THING, not one song is bad, some r just okay, but never bad, wyclefs talent at rapping may be just a little bit behind some people's rapping but when u throw in his songwriting, his great guitar playing, and his singing that sounds exactly like bob marley's, his humour, as shown in some of his skits and songs, and his great backbeats, original ones, and sampled ones, he is probably one of the most talented and entertaining musicians in the world. if u like hip-hop, or even possibly reggae, u should buy this, and even if u dont like either of those, buy this album now, get off ur computer and buy it, or just buy it off of amazon right now, no, RIGHT NOW, dont read any more of this review, just BUY IT RIGHT NOW
