I don't understand why people are disappointed in this album. Yanni is an amazing artist who is spreading his wings and trying something new and I feel he has been very successful in doing so. The voices are amazing and the music is very beautiful. I have listened to this CD pretty much every day since I bought it. I can't get enough!
If you want classical Yanni, don't buy this album and quit complaining. If you have an appreciation for music and want to hear something new, buy this album. It will make you cry it is so beautiful.
My only one complaint: "Change" by Chloe was left out of this CD. I am thinking they did that on purpose so when Chloe's album comes out, they can put it on there.

I've been a fan of Yanni for many years and I have learned to appreciate his talent and exquisite music. I admit I was not very optimistic about a sung album when I heard of the project. However, after purchasing both versions (Voices & Voces) I must also admit I am totally astonished by the work and incredible talent of the singers and how well the lyrics adapt to the beautiful original or new melodies. For both versions the choice of singers is wonderful since they each had the opportunity to interpret Yanni's works giving them a personal touch. Yanni proved that he can step up and improve his already masterful pieces. I can't wait to see the DVD version of the show. I have had concerns about this album because I didn't know if I would like the lyrics. Yanni's music as instrumental music sweeps me away to places unknown and unimagined.
With that said, I can unequivocally recommend this album whether you are a long-time Yanni fan or just finding his music for the first time. The music still takes you places you could never have imagined. The vocalists are exquisite, the instrumentation superb and the overall sound is crafted by the hands of a loving music sculptor. It is simply breathtaking.
Yanni you have done it again and you have introduced the world to four incredible young artists. I'm now looking forward to the upcoming concerts like never before!

Yanni has proven the world he is a huge musical talent. And now I am happy he decided to experiment with something new by introducing new vocals into his music. It is amazing how four rich vocals by young singers embrace this new masterpiece, Yanni Voices CD that is. Yanni can compose wonderful music that brings me a sensation of happiness and tranquility. And this project, that varies a lot from what he has done before makes me feel his music from totally different perspective. I love the melodies. Though, I wish I could get the Italian rhymes to get the better understanding of what some of the songs are about. Overall, I am very satisfied and hope Yanni does more projects with young rising stars in future.Free Music Review: Beautiful Music

Yanni Voices features the talents of not only famed singer Yanni, but also the talented voices of Nathan Pacheco, Chloe, Ender Thomas, and Leslie Mills. This is a BEAUTIFUL cd and I can safely say (once I figure out the lyrics) I will be sure to be singing along in my car.
My favorite song on the disk? Mi Todo Eres Tu (Until the Last Moment) takes that cake because I love LOVE powerful operatic duets. Chloe and Ender's voices work SO well together. I wasn't disappointed with this cd at all and I suggest that if you like classical music, opera music, New Age music or wanted to hear a new take on any of the aforementioned types of music get out and get this cd!
