Free Music Review: Kanno-sensei shows why she is still great

I would say that the compositions for GitS:SAC 2nd Gig are even stronger than those of the first season. The frantic, desperate pace of Rise fortells of the darker themes of this season, while I Can't Be Cool is just haunting. The only thing I almost didn't like was go Da Da, but the jaring opening fits with the character it themes.
My only question is, who was What's it For written about? The Major, or... Watch, you'll see.
