Free Music Notes for Buck The WorldFree Music Review: BUCK DA WORLD Hit: 5 Starsthis album is def dope, i don't lnow if Buck should have waited to push it back this long but it def is clean. There are plenty of tight tracks but sometime i wish Buck shouldn't have had that many guest artists, he would have done better himself. It doesn't come close to his first album but this is definetly the best album of 2007 and the better then those of 2006. GET EM BUCK...
Free Music Review: Buck The World, Indeed! Hit: 3 StarsSo I was a little apprehensive about this cd. The stuff from G-Unit lately has been bad. But Im glad to say that Buck delivered a great album. All the songs have nice beats and his lyrics are on point. He definitely stepped his lyric game up. Its a big improvement from his last cd. And you can hear a new sense of passion and hunger in his voice when he raps, so you can feel and believe everything he talks about. Overall, I definitely recommend this cd to any big rap fans out there. You wil not be disappointed. Hit Songs: Get Buck, Push Em Back, Buck The World(THE BEST SONG!!!)
Free Music Review: Buck Em Down! Hit: 5 StarsLike I said before in my review for his first album: Straight Outta Cashville, Young Buck better break camp. He is the only one out of G-unit who remains consistent. The rest of them are deadweight and sooner or later they will make him look bad. This album is a great follow-up to Straight Outta Cashville. Standout Tracks:SAY IT TO MY FACE, BUSS YO HEAD, GET BUCK(crazy), BUCK THE WORLD(Lyfe Jennings wasnt to bad on the hook), SLOW YA ROLL, HOLD ON, CLEAN UP MAN, 4 KINGS(great combo with T.I and Jeezy), I KNOW YOU WANT ME(Shorty Wanna Ride part2) and LOSE MY MIND(pretty creative. Comes across as a rock an roll track). Filler:I Aint F***** Wit U(another lame anti-snitch record where Snoop busts his worse verse next that freestyle he had in the booth with Big Tigger), U Aint Goin Nowhere(Young Buck takes a page out of Ja rule's or should I say 50 Cent's love book with this oh so cute song for the ladies) and Money Good(another tired ode to balling). Bottom Line: Besides those three tracks in the filler section, Buck The World is Young Buck's best album next to Straight Outta Cashville. The production was great(no simple sounding beats on here except for I Aint F***** Wit U), Buck's rhymes were solid and the guest appearances were on point too. One of the highlights of 2007 indeed.
Free Music Review: Buck is worth the buck Hit: 4 StarsI ain't a G-Unit fan, I ain't big on Southern Hip Hop, I don't even really like Young Buck like that, but damn, that CD is hot. As someone mentioned in another review, the production on this CD is good enough of a reason to buy the Album.
Young Buck style is a good blend between G-Unit gangsta gangsta and the southern slower and more melodic sound. This is good music to bump in your chevy with the top off during dem hot sunny days. There's a few skippers, but mostly good music.
Free Music Review: Is this really what I waited for Hit: 1 StarsAfter getting Buck's album I have to say that I am not impressed with the lyrics.. The beats are nice, but they should be with Dre in your corner. Throughout the whole album Buck rarely changes his delivery or rap pattern. Has he not learned anything from Lloyd Banks second album. This album is OK but simply does not have the energy of his project. I respect Prodigy and Lil Flip more than buck because it seems like he cannot do an album without 50 cent. Buck is from Tenn but spends half his album talking about New York. If you need something to listen to desperately or you just listen to beats then you should buy it. I warn you though, this album however will not set any trends!
