I grew up listening to Mr Sinatra as he was called in our house. Ms Lang is most certainly The Voice of her generation. She sings the hands down best version of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah ever done. Her Juno Award performance is riveting. Those bare feet ground her to the center of the earth! She has made it her own...two Canadians...ordained. I have all of Judy Collins but I don't think anyone can hold a candle to this performance..class act...a real pleasure. I don't think Ms Lang has hit her peak but just deepens and enriches perfomances. I expect more torch and it will be great to watch.Free Music Review: gold, again!

I have every CD kd lang has ever produced, in the states, and overseas. I have been to her live concerts. I have had the occasional disappointment (her dance cd). Not this time! This is a wonderful cd! Easily, as good as Ingenue........ Glad you're back, k d Love, Nina
